Returns & Exchanges

At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
